ABOUT US
Our Studio
My name is Diane Walker, owner of Diane Walker's CPR Services. We are a black owned, female operated business that offers individualized or group training to the community such as: Instructor Trainer courses, Basic Life Support. Adult & Pediatric CPR, AED, FA. Life Threatening Bleeding and Head, Neck, Muscle, Bone and Joint Injuries Skill Boost Classes. Blood Borne Pathogens and Use and Administration of Epinephrine and Auto Injectors.
I am a Licensed Practical Nurse. When my employment agency dismissed its CPR Instructor, it caused a significant inconvenience for my colleagues and me. As residents of Pennsylvania, we had to travel as far as New Jersey and Delaware for training, where the costs were extremely high. Recognizing this gap, I saw an opportunity to meet a real community need.
I approached my employer with the idea of becoming a CPR Instructor myself to provide training for the agency’s nurses and other medical professionals. He was very supportive of the proposal, which motivated me to pursue certification as a CPR Instructor. Following my certification, my employer began recommending me to conduct CPR classes for the agency—and from that point forward, my business began to grow rapidly.
